The listings on the current snipes page don't refresh, but only show the bid value when first sniped.
It has beem like this for a few days at least. Is there a software bug?

I can check on this, but first wanted to make sure -- I don't think you have visited since we changed the page abit. Are you using the "Refresh Listings" link located at the top of the snipe table?

The listings now refresh but there is a new problem. I have added several snipes in the same group but the group name or number is not showing in the list of current snipes. I tried to start a new ticket but the captcha image will not dispaly. The above are true in both firefox and internet explorer. Please fix these bugs asap. Thanks.

Now my bids won't update if I change the amount.
Bidslammer is really not having a good time right now.

Hmm.. all of those features have javascript in common... I assume that is enabled in your browser, otherwise you would not be able to submit the ticket. Could you try and do a "reload", which is clear your browser cache and also log out of BidSlammer?

I have a question. I see you are using a bid group for an iPhone. As you know from writing in the past, a group name can be confusing if it is the same name as one used in the past. After you wrote about this, we changed the software to give a "lifetime" of the group a time of 10 days from the last time you use it.

So what that means is that if you keep using a group ongoing, every few days, that group will get "refreshed" and the 10-day clock starts ticking again.

So in theory you could just keep using the same group forever.

Should we consider doing this another way? Right now, it is based on 10 days, since that covers 3 to 7 day closing.
