it has been some since I used your program; however, when I did I purchased a 3 year right to use the software. It seems now I can control some aspects of the program like number of seconds to place the bid. Can you please unlock the feature I had paid for.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. It looks like you purchased the two-year upgrade, but that was back on 2021-05-10. So it was over three years ago. (We don't have a 3-year purchase since PayPal's maximum time is 2 years).

How is it thst I am able to login and use the software but have limited functionality?

Our free service is always enabled. It allows you to always have one snipe at a time in the queue.
The only other limitation is the lead time.
