I'm supposedly on an automatic upgrade billing, this is the second time in two months you have cut me back to free status without warning in the midst of my bidding on items I've been watching. You are making me miss placing last 2 second snipes for no legitimate reason or warning which is costing me more that the upgrade price!.. I'm going to have to find another snipe site that doesn't have a problem with one hand not knowing what the other is doing If you don't turn my upgrade back on immediately before this item closes!
