Why are you charging me a fee for a snipe I didn't win when my snipe was clearly higher than the winning bid. Not to mention that you admitted on the website right afterward that you were having trouble getting information from the eBay Api. I'm sick of not winning things I really should because your snipe keeps not working.

This has been credited. I do see snipe times listed on the Completed tab, but when I checked the log to see what we encountered when we placed the snipes, eBay did "accept" the bid submission, but they returned a page that says the seller ended the item early.

Sorry that this error wasn't clear, we do place snipes very well, but sometimes it is very difficult to determine the reason the snipe wasn't accepted; we have to parse (read) the result page that comes back from eBay.
