You have now screwed up two snipes in a row. You refuse to respond to email requests for an explanation. Explain to me why you are not placing these bids yet show me as being the winning bidder today, or cancel my service and verify the cancellation via email. I am not going to pay for your half assed service when your service does not work for me.
