Keeps on getting an error message

Good day! please check why I keep on getting an error message saying " Item number appears to be incorrect" this error message keeps on coming in eveytime I want to bid an item. Tried it to different item and just keeps on getting the same error message

Thank you for your question about the "incorrect item number" error. Based on what you said, your authorization expired or was revoked. You just need to go to BidSlammer Preferences and click the auth link.
