I am very frustrated! I have lost virtually all my auction bids when using your website. I thought that I would give your site one more go. I have just again lost an auction for a stroller although your website says that I have won it. Please see attachment below:

I put a snipe on for £27, I checked what increments the auction was going up by and the auction price had not moved from £7.50 in a few days. Ebay messaged me to say that I had been unsuccessful with this auction. I have attached a screenshot of the bidders & the amounts bid. As you can see the alleged winner had not placed any previous bids & came in with the same snipe as me £27. Obviously Ebay puts bidders who place bids through them first. Putting your site & it’s customers at a disadvantage!

I have lost 90% of my bids using your website & have had the majority of my successes using Ebay proxy bidding. Please see the attached screenshots. Out of all the auctions won only 1 was won using your snipe process. Sniping used to work years ago & I had a lot of fun & success with it. But now it is totally & utterly disappointing. All the time used to research all the auction items etc before placing my bid has been wasted. Literally hours down the drain.
I would obviously like to cancel my account & have a refund, because the snipes are unfortunately of no use to me! As Ebay is making very difficult to win an auction if the bids are not placed through them!
Attached below are screenshots of my successful bids placed with 1 shop. Only 1 snipe worked through your site & that was for the LV hair cubes. Everything else was won through Ebay proxy bidding. I rest my case.
