I just signed up for this program and the first screen when I signed up shows the account was on hold. Why is that? Is there something else I need to do or add to my account.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question about your account. The account is re-opened now. Usually, an account isn't closed unless there's a request, although I couldn't find any such request.
