I just paid, not by PP, but by MasterCard for a Power Pack 5 for $12. But my snipe credits still stand at 3, the same sum BEFORE I bought the 5 new snipe credits.
I understand PP is running behind but apparently your CC payment acknowledgement or receipt system is doing the same.
Please ensure I receive the Power Pack 5 that I paid for or, if that is not possible for some reason, then cancel the order and refund my $12.
