i was told by you that you had placed the bid. i was also told that it was ebay's responsibility to get the bid to bid slammer so they could report that i was the winner...they did not. and theoretically,i did not win the bid. i have been on this computer for 2 days †trying to knock some sense into eBay but they will not take that simple little responsibility and own it.i even talked to a manager-jacob- who gave me gobbley-gook from the high and mighty.that's my story...i won.period.
since i will not get my wire egg holders will be happy to accept the $22.99 from eBay that i bid for it. thank you SO much for listening to me and really HEARING me. barbara rochelle

Unfortunately eBay support is not too savvy with sniping services or how to advise on that subject. But here's how to fix that.
1. Log into BidSlammer
2. Click Preferences at the top right, in the navigation bar.
3. There will be a link to "Authorize." It will walk you through the steps.
