Thank you for your question about not being able to load an item number. This usually means that you need to update your authorization. To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."
It's my understanding that if you change your eBay password, it invalidates the token. There are a couple other ways it can happen.
