item i won in an auction had a reserve $300 my snipe was set at $375 my bidslammer account shows i won but its not showing up in ebay account

We did place the snipes, but you need to update your correct eBay credentials on the BidSlammer Preferences page. I updated the status of the auction.

When you logged in to our site it prompted you to update your information but I believe the message may have been overlooked.
