Why is it that I lost 75% of my snipes when my snipes were way above selling price. Not sure I understand what's going on. Please. Look into why we are having these issues. Look forward to your reply

Thank you for your question about these snipes. I counted 6 of them and listed the item numbers below. These snipes are returning eBay error 12310, which is a Trust and Safety error. It is a relatively new error and we haven't programmed it into the system yet.
Most likely there is some additional verification step you need to perform in your eBay account.
If you learn what the reason is, it would be great if you can follow up with us and let us know. We might be able to predict the error in advance and put up a warning.
