I noticed your site was down today. The BidSlammer site is really slow now. Do I need to bid through ebay to ensure my bids happen?

Thank you for your message about the site. We performed several upgrades today, but all snipes executed. We're not seeing any problems with snipe execution, so you don't need to bid through eBay.
We don't see any slowness on our end. Are you still seeing a slowness issue?

I’m trying to add a item to my list and it won’t add to my snipe item list. The little spinning thing just spins forever. It never completes and does not add? Let me know. Thanks!

Also, when I hit the refresh button, all the spinning things for my individual auctions spin forever and never stop.

We were able to duplicate the issue. We're working on it right now and will update the ticket after it's fixed. It is not affecting snipe execution.

Let me know when these problems are fixed. I can’t add any new snipes or adjust my previously set snipe dollar amounts.

On a different subject, if you have any feature requests, we'd like to solicit any ideas you have. You use the site a lot and your feedback would be helpful. We mostly use customer feedback to drive the development.
