I am on the verge of going to a new sniping company. REAL shame - your my 5 th company - and the best - HOWEVER - I am unable to get my snipes to land.

I have tried the sandbox - but can not under any sort this problem - circumstances get a snipe to load - "Invalid API". I have written to you. I get no help from you or ebay. I do not know what to do - other than give up. I like you company - I want to help sort this issue - I will work with you - I can find no other route to communicate with you than the sand box - which is usless... H E L P ! regards, Louis

The "invalid API" is ONLY in the sandbox and thus should be completely ignored.

Your account is fine. You won your last snipe. As for why you lost a series of snipes -- you had changed your eBay password without updating it at our site. Our site will not work if the eBay credentials are wrong. On your Completed Tab it explains that we shut off the snipes due to too many invalid password attempts.
