I know that you must be busier than a hungry one eyed cat trying to keep it's eye on 9 rat holes..........
About 2 weeks before your system was interrupted, we materially changed our inventory acquisition to use your system and purchase on eBay.
We were ratcheting our buying up to $500,000.00 per year.....so
needless to say we now have people sitting on their hands hired
to do this work unable to do so because your system is "down".
I do not want to abandon your service for any other service.
I am a "loyal dog" but I need some reliable relief "yesterday" so if
there is anyway to prioritize us I would appreciate it.
None of your solutions (If we get the Apt key long in again for instance) have aided us up to this point.
I note that you say we are supposed to have access Monday
We are counting on it.
We will be paying people to be ready to use bid slammer Monday.

Please make sure to keep the communication on one ticket, as the conversation keeps starting over. Also we never hear back after we reply to your ticket, we aren't sure if you are getting our replies ;-)

You are the only customer having this issue at the moment. When we log in as you, we are able to add snipes and everything.

1. Does deleting all of your cookies fix it?

2. If not - can you try another browser, just for correlation?

With several people working on this, we found that some of our office computers worked
and some did not ............and the problem was resolved with clearing cookies.
However, the lap tops were another matter. We had to switch to internet explorer
as we could not make google chrome work.
We thankfully were able to load $20,000 in bids today.

This morning when I go to bid slammer on google chrome I see a screen
with about 4 items waiting to be bid on.
When I switch of internet explorer I see a screen with about 30+ items that
I have bids waiting to be bid on.
Now this is from my lap top at home.
When I arrive at the office I expect the google chrome there will show
proof and mint sets that I am waiting for bids to be activated on that
do not show on my lap top screen at home.

I think you need to delete cookies on the computer that isn't working. Did you try that?

I did delete cookies on everything prior to sending that previous message.
Essentially within 24 hours after I sent you my message everything seems to have
miraculously cleared up.
I do remember that something is going to change re: passwords?
No response is necessary.
We are now we are now bidding along with our goal of $500,000.00 in purchases
on eBay per year. I hope you are deriving a percentage of each sale generated like
"refer a buyer" earns from eBay with the emails they are sending out.
