Hello, I had setup a snipe for the item number: 404800570781. I didn't notice at the time, but apparently the time on bidslammer didn't line up with the time on eBay. The item ended about 8 hours prior to bidslammer's set time. I contacted the seller to verify that he didn't end it early and he confirmed that he had not and as of me writing this message, bidslammer still has it as a current upcoming auction even though it ended a few hours prior. Thanks for your help in looking into this issue.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. A software update changed the time zone on the system your bids were placed from PST to GMT. We quickly addressed it, but a few bids were placed before we could refresh the times.
I hope this explanation hasn't deterred your confidence as it was a human oversight, not a system failure or reliability issue on the systems part. Your future bids will not be affected.
