Incorrect billing of subscription fees

Hi there,
please be advised that I am being billed twice monthly in error and this has now happened on 5 occasions beginning in June 2015 until now November 2015. ($US8.00 /month overpay) Billing has been on about 5th and 10th of each month.

Kindly cease all automatic billing as I prefer to pay manually,

and, refund the errant payments totaling $US40.00 ($8 x 5)
