Good morning,
Yesterday, I tried to sign up for an annual subscription. The website glitched multiple times so I gave up. I have now been charged 6 times on my credit card for a subscription. I do not want a subscription to your service. PLease reimburse all funds taken from my credit card back to my credit card.

Thank you for your question about the charges. We responded to your earlier ticket but will respond here also. The duplicate payments are refunded and your subscription shows correctly. Also, and extra 3 months was added as a good will gesture.

Hello, thank you for your response. It appears as if I was only reimbursed 5 of the 6 payments of 56.00. Please refund an additional 56.00 because I did not want the subscription.
