in recent weeks clicking on an item does not open it but sends me to a window with a (nice) cat saying that the item cannot be opened.
any way to fix this bug??

all items don't open when I click on them: whether we talk about completed items or active current ones it's all the same.

If I clik on the item name, instead of opening it in eBay it opens this bizarre window with a cat telling me that the item is not opened.

Hmm.. this is a bug. It appears that something changed with respect to DE auctions.
There is a workaround for now - you can use the Slam-It toolbar, located at the bottom left of your Dashboard. This way you can enter snipes directly from eBay.
Would you mind trying this to see if it is an acceptable temporary solution?
