Import watchlist not working

I can't get my watch list to import from ebay. Yes I am updated my authentication numerous times and have tried it on three search engines, Opera, Edge, Chrome. I have logged out and logged back in to both bidslammer and ebay. Nothing works, it just sits there and swirls. I am assuming given the 2 second timing that this is actually a client I have on my desktop and that the application really resides on your servers. Well something isn't working .

Thank you for your question about importing your Watch List. Please try it now. There was an update yesterday that seems to have introduced this, but it's reverted back for now.
We are entirely cloud-based, i.e., no desktop components.

This didn't fix the issue, still can't import watchlist from ebay

Okay. If you cannot import, this usually means that you need to renew your authorization.
To renew your authorization, just visit the BidSlammer Preferences page and follow the prompt to "Refresh Your Authorization."
Please advise if that works. If not, we'll have to dig deeper.

That did not fix it, I have done that a number of times already

Has this been resolved to your satisfaction? Last week, we found that the import queue was far behind. That would definitely have caused this. Please let us know if it is okay now.
We try to be very responsive for issues and feature requests, so please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve your experience.
