I'm writing to let you that there was a mistake and hopefully you can fix it soon
Because of Paypal system error, I had paid with my debit card for next 12 month subscription at 6.44 Nov 3rd ( GMT+7) but then my card was charged via Paypal for 3 month subscription at 18:12 Nov 4th ( GMT + 7).
Could you please double check and issue a refund ?

It is done. Your patience is very much appreciated as I overlooked your other reply. PLEASE NOTE: On February 4, 2024, PayPal is going to send us a cancellation notice for the subscription you just cancelled. I have set a reminder for February 3 to reinstate you once that happens. This has to do with PayPal subscription, really old school.
Could you also do the same, and let me know your understanding?
