I would like to get a refund on my purchase. I was not able to log back on to your site. I tried two different browsers... First, firefox, which would not let me sign in, then I use Google Chrome, which eventually let me sign up. After signing up, I purchase your "5 snipe" option in hopes to use the "3 seconds" snipe... which I soon found out after purchasing your plan, that... that "3 seconds" snipe is not available for me to use. I then submitted a help request (this is my second attempt to contact) and logged out of your website. Now I am having problems logging back in; I tried using Firefox, then Chrome, and your site rejected both of my attempts to log back in. I even tried to reset my password, which I decided not to... not wanting to create more confusion. I've tried everything and it's just one problem after another.... I also have one bid active (STUCK) on your site, and I can't log in to adjust the bid, delete the bid.... I just don't think your site would be any use for me.
