I won a snipe using BidSlammer, bid but your software website is showing my bid was overbid and I did not get it..
What's up with that..???
Very disappointing that I could not track the bidding with real time updates in your website.. Grrrrr...!!!!!

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. Our job is to place the bid and display eBay's result. We did that. For some reason they don't always return the correct status.
Please note the "Refresh Bids" button. You can update every 30 seconds. Our contract with eBay doesn't let us do constant pinging due to the load it would create on their servers (if everyone did it).

Sure, but keep in mind that the service is designed to bid while you are away from your computer.
