I love this service, I got amazing deals. lately, I have a problem. I chose a sniping price, all good, then a few minutes before the auction I wanted to increase the sniping price, and it woldnt let me, it was counting like 240 seconds in red and said I cant change the price if its less than 300 seconds before the auction.
Why did this happen?

Thank you for your question about this message. That is supposed to be a preventative measure to keep systems from being overloaded, but it was only supposed to affect ADDING bids, not CHANGING them.
If someone adds hundreds of bids per second, it prevents new snipes close to the deadline, and then the value changes back to normal.
Didn't realize how many people depended on the last-minute changes, so we'll just take it out entirely. Instead, we can restrict the number of snipes per day per customer to something like 2000. Sometimes there will be hundreds per second ... and those customers should have a dedicated server.
