I placed a snipe for $185 and received the status "Bid placed OK". The item sold for $150.49, but I didn't win. Why not?

Is that my answer? I have placed winning bids before with Bidslammer, using the same eBay ID/password, with no problems. Are you saying that eBay rejecting my snipe because of my password? Am I out the $1.50 you charged for the snipe. What can I do to avoid this same problem in the future?

I use Bidslammer because I could place a bid and not worry about whether or not my bid would be placed. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

You were not charged for the auction.

Our job is to place the snipe with credentials we have. On your Completed Snipes tab, I do see that we placed the bids. We really haven't missed any bids in 10 years or more.

Have you bought from this seller before or bid on their auctions or written to them? It appears that your seller has very strict buyer requirement settings and the snipe was blocked.
