I once again paid ($20 USD On the 27th April via PayPal) to subscribe to BidSlammer, so that I could once again add as many (2-second) eBay snipes as I need to...
However, while logged into BidSlammer via the account from which I paid the $20 USD, I receive a bold red error message when I try to add more than one snipe. The "error" message states: "Free accounts are allowed 1 free snipe at a time." But I've paid, so it's not a "free" account???
Perhaps the following is the root cause of my missing payment? I own my own domain name. For reasons I won't go into, I assign everyone/company I deal with a unique email address. For example when I originally signed up with BidSlammer, I used the email address [edited]. My ebay account's email address is [edited]. PayPal may have been cheeky (polite version...) and instead linked my last BidSlammer payment of $20 USD to my PayPal email address, (which is [edited]) instead and thus confused your automated payment system?
PayPal have listed, against my $20 BidSlammer payment, the following reference: 1HA29724TC904943T
Please can you rectify the issue for me, as I've a load of snipes I would like to set up?
