I need to upgrade as a seller has listed multiple items and i am not able to complete with just the 5 remaining. the site does not allow me to upgrade as i already have 5.. please assist.

i get this every time i click to upograde:
"Your Subscription is Active
You are currently a subscriber in good standing.
You don't need to add more service yet.
Please check back once your service is closer to expiration."

I cannot check back as about 20 items are about to end at same time.
i need to purchase 15 more bids...site wont allow this until "service closer to expiration"....
