My user ID is valid, but it seems my email address, the same one I've always used, is not recognized.

Hello Tom,

Since you have a gmail address, it will accept the accress if you enter it without the period ".", since Google interprets the email the same either way.

Hi again --

Each time I try resetting my password using [edited], it says Not a Valid email Address. I also tries dropping the "." as instructed and that is illegal as well.
