I would like you to explain to me why I lost a bid when I had a snipe in on this item for 117.50 and the wining bid went for 103.50. I am really bull about this and don't believe your software works correctly.

Sorry, I thought I lost the bid because the name I saw on winning bid was not mine but ebay sent me a message just a few minutes ago that I won bid. So it was my error. I apologize.
