The website will only let me place 1 snipe. It thinks I have a free account. I've had a paid account since 2022

Thank you for your question about your subscription. Your subscription expired in May 2025.

You paid with a credit card, and those payments are not recurring, so the subscription didn't auto-renew.

If you click "Upgrade" you will be presented with some more options for monthly, every 3 months, annually or biannually.

Yes, you're right -- there needs to be a notification for the non-recurring subscription. It's a top priority for the next release.

I get the following popup when I try to make the payment:
This integration surface is unsupported for publishable key tokenization. To enable this surface, please go to your https:// dashboard.stripe.com/settings/integration.

What a strange message. I'll have to contact Stripe, the payment processor.

I enabled two weeks free to get you going. This will also give me some time to see what's up.

You can also pay by card by selecting “Pay with PayPal” and then choosing the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” option. That said, I understand some customers prefer not to use that method. Just let me know if that’s the case. I’m the developer and will be on vacation next week, so I just wanted to clarify in advance.

I can try the Paypal option since it's already tied to my cc. Stay tuned.

Ok, It won't let me upgrade due to the 2 week extension you gave me. I'll check back in 2 weeks

Hi, as a follow-up, I won't be able to implement the "Pay by Card" button in time for your 2-week expiration, since they have a new checkout and it is more involved that I thought.

So, if you wouldn't mind please trying the "Pay by PayPal" button and look for the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” option, that should work. If not, we can take the next step so you don't have downtime.
