I forgot my old eBayID and I currently have a new one. However, I cannot sign in/place any bids with my new and current eBayID. I believe it has the same email address as the old one.

Thank you for your question about logging in. The ID you used for your ticket is the one we have in the database. (Make sure not to use your eBay password here, since we don't use that.)
