Please stop using my paid for snipes which I reserve for items I want to bid on at 3-9 seconds. You used up two of my paid snipes using free 10 second service bids.
Makes me never want to pay for snipes again.

Thank you for your question about using your pre-paid snipes on only certain items. We replaced the two bids that you mentioned, and enabled your account with a temporary unlimited subscription until we can find a suitable arrangement that will make you happy. During this time, your snipes will be premium and won't count against your premium ones.
As you noticed, the premium packages enable the full service for all the snipes you place. That is because there are so many other features besides just the 3-second snipe offering, and it is difficult to separate which snipes receive outbid notices, for example, and which do not.
One solution is for us to offer you a deal. If you can help us test our 40%-off Black Friday offer before it goes out next week, you can get a year of unlimited for $29, and we can refund the $12. Would this be acceptable?
