I am writing to inform you my bid did not get submitted but it shows that I won on bidslammer. Also when I logged in today the" update my eBay password " field appeared because it claimed to not have my proper eBay password. I find this impossible because I won an auction using bidslammer the day before without any problems! This is very disappointing that I missed another auction because of bidslammer. This has happened before and I never know what to expect from you in terms of reliability.

Sorry for the late reply - we researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.
