Thank you for your question about this snipe. It sounds like your authorization for eBay expired or was revoked by eBay. This can happen as a security measure when you change your eBay password, or eBay can reset it if there is a Trust & Safety situation on your account.

You just need to go to Preferences and click the "Log in with eBay" button, and then you are all set.

I do that and I get a "page not found" screen

Hm.. that should not happen.

Do you get that error page immediately when you click the "Log in with eBay" button?

OR

Do you get the error page after you return from authorizing at eBay?

As a workaround you can click "Sign Up" button on our home page when you are logged out. It will authorize you that way also.
