I cannot open account, you neither recognise my email or eBay id

Thank you for your question about not being able to open an account. Please follow these instructions.
1. Go to your Dashboard
2, Click "Preferences"
3. Under "Bidding Authorization," click the big blue "Sign in with eBay" button.
Then, kindly write me back and tell me what you saw. I can check the logs to see exactly what transpired.
