I have 2500 bid points in my account. But when I try to add a snipe, I receive the error message " Free accounts are allowed 1 free snipe at a time." What is the problem and how do I fix it? Regards, Joel

Thank you for your question about your points. The correct calculation is that you have used 770 points of your 2500. But the display is not correct. The points system is relatively new and we need to address this.

For the time being, I switched you to a subscription, so it will default to the unlimited plan for a few days and not charge points.
