You can see what we encountered when we placed your snipes in a few ways, from your Completed tab.
1. By hovering over the red error icon.
2. By clicking the "log" icon.
3. By clicking the real-time log on the left navbar.
4. By verifying the execution times listed.

Seller has Canada as a buyer so seems odd he'd say that:

Please read the error and log file on your Completed tab carefully. It says:
"Item cannot be purchased. Seller does not provide shipping to the country or region of your primary shipping address."
They only ship to your country if it's your registered home country.
Unfortunately, we can’t bypass seller constraints.
