I am receiving "Trust and Safety" errors

Two of my bids did not go through today. What can be down to remedy the issue?

Hello Logan,
Thank you for your question about these snipes. eBay doesn't always give the best error messages, but in this case it looks like they sent you some kind of security warning recently, and it expired your authorization.
If you haven't already, (it looks like you have), just go to Preferences and click the blue "Log in With eBay" Button. It will walk you through authorization and you should be good to go.
Thank you for taking the time to write in. If I can help further, please let me know.

Thank you for your very helpful and informative response.
On a separate matter, I have been unable to successfully add snipes since yesterday afternoon. My permissions and subscriptions are up to date. Is bidslammer experiencing some kind of issue right now?

Yes, one of the nodes had an issue but we quickly corrected it.

This has been a lot this week. I have had periods where I am unable to place snipes. I had countless snipes cancelled and missed out on a handful of auctions. Now, when I use the "slamIt" feature.. other people's total bids are showing up. What is going on? I have not been getting the service I am paying for. Please see recent document upload...

There is an announcement posted.

I know you made an announcement. I am reporting that the problem remains unresolved. I still see other bidders' snipes when I go to enter mine. These images I have uploaded are for auctions I am viewing for the first time and DID NOT place a snipe on yet.
Are other users seeing my snipes as well? Please regain my confidence by providing some kind of explanation of the images I uploaded.

There haven't been any other reports. What you are describing wouldn't be related to the security updates. I did add some test snipes but deleted them. There is no link between user accounts, they are completely isolated. SLAM-IT parses the item number from the URL.
I don't understand what you mean by "I still see other bidders' snipes when I go to enter mine."
Questions -
1. Can you use paste.pics to give me a snapshot of what you are seeing?
2. Are you saying that the wrong item comes up? (What indicates it is someone else's snipe?)
3. I didn't see any images that you uploaded.
If it's possible to give a few steps to reproduce, would be very helpful.

I have been using the "send a screenshot" link to provide these images. What is paste.pics?
When I use the "SLAM-IT" it frequently shows me in blue font below the input box that " I have a snipe for X dollars." Value of X varies from item to item and seems to align with how I know some of my competitors price these items.
This is happening repeatedly and with auctions I am sniping for the first time.

Ok that is fixed now. The message was misleading.
Paste.pics is the site that the "send a screenshot" link takes you to. When you upload the screenshot it gives a link that you can paste into this thread. But it's ok, we don't need it since it's fixed.

Your response crossed with mine. You shouldn't see the message any more.
