Is my earlier ticket 01-0FA9 resolved by now ?
If not, please extend my trial or let me know a way to pay one time annual payment instead of setting up a recurring payment ? ( which has been recently restricted in India.)

Thank you for your question about your earlier post. Please try these steps.
1. On our site, click Pay with PayPal.
2. On the PayPal landing page, there is a Pay by Card button on the payment page next to the PayPal button.

Hi, i dont want to start all over again. Can u reopen the earlier ticket 01-0FA9 and update on that ?

You were referred by PowerSnipe, so the price and payment method are locked in. The only way to proceed (without having to make a change to the software) would be to remove the affiliate relationship, but it would then charge you the slightly higher rate of $60.
Is that ok?
