I am trying to sign up for Bidslammer. When I click on any of the numerous sign up links it brings me to eBay to sign in. Then eBay asks if I want to link Bidslammer to my account. I select yes. Then it brings me back to Bidslammer and asks for my eBay ID - which I enter. But then it asks for my Bidslammer password. I have tried numerous times with different passwords including my eBay password but I always get teh error message about my username and or password are not recognized. This is understandable because I haven't set up a Bidslammer account yet......which is what I am trying to do!!!

Thank you for your question about logging in. Make sure not to use your eBay password here, since we don't use that. There are two remedies:
1. Use this link to reset your password with us:
https://bidslammer.com/user/mailpass
2 Try the Sign Up link on our home page. It should walk you through authorization and take you to your dashboard.
If neither step solves the issue, please reply and we can take the next step.
