I assume you wanted to cancel because you missed 3 snipes. We placed your snipes, but they were rejected by eBay because the password was incorrect.
See your "Completed" tab and hover over the icon to see snipe attempts.
I cannot cancel because we do not have your correct eBay credentials on file. This proves that you are you, and we cannot snipe on your behalf or do anything without that.
