Your notice states that if I asked for an account to be closed, you must put a hold on it - but snipes will be discharged.
I asked for a refund because none of my snipes were resulting in actual bids.
May I please have a list of pending snipes, so I know which items need to be backstopped with another snipe, if I wish to win?
How will a refund of my subscription be documented? Will I get a receipt?
