Hey guys, got a problem

This seems to happen about every month or so, but I paid for a year of your service and for some reason I don't auto renew every month and it screws up my lead times. Would you guys give it a fix so I can hammer out my snipes? Thanks very much, Erick.

We just noticed you had created a duplicate subscription as a result of that issue you reported. We are going to refund and then cancel that $8/mo. subscription for you. :-)

I should point out, that in a month, PayPal is going to notify us to "cancel" that monthly and then it is going to turn off the subscription. We marked our calendar to make sure we turn it on again, without you having to write in! But please let us know if it happens again and we'll jump right on it.
