I logged in as you and it took me to a page "BidSlammer Preferences". From there you need to just verify the info and click Submit.

If you can't get to the page, delete the cookies for our site in your browser, and it will surely work.

Hi, still not working. It is stuck on the query page. Oddly it keeps appending a .2x onto my ebay username.

I don't understand. I've tried from my phone and my home pc.

Any ideas? Thx

That is happening because you are not entering the correct eBay password. I removed the .2x suffix but please make sure to test the password at eBay first (and make sure not to use the auto-fill from your browser). Please let us know if you are still unable to get past the prefs dialog.
