But could not log in to leave a bid???

Getting messages "can not confirm password" and my user ID comes up as harrymack.2x, when I change it to my ID harrymack I get a reply saying "harrymack" is already in use...but I can log in as harrymack on eBay as usual...????...says to contact customer service which is why I am emailing you now...thx for your help
