I have another account with you as 4fff and both accounts have had snipe bids placed that I did not enter. Please look into this as I cannot be the only one with this problem.

Hello Fred,
Just delete all your cookies and then log in again. This should fix that.
What's happening is that your cookie was corrupted and was "leaking" into our test account. Don't worry, was no hack or compromise.
