Although "bid slammer" acknowledged my new EBAY password it did not submit a bid. When I tried to change (upgrade) passwords with "bid slammer" it would not change anything.
I'm lost and confused.

It appears that when you are trying to update your password, it is not the correct one. When you click SUBMIT, are you getting a green OK success message back?
