Hi…your company advertises that one will never lose an auction again but it’s completely false, as I just lost an auction because your company failed to enter my snipe bid! I need a phone call concerning this matter or will choose to proceed with writing a very negative warning blog about your service.
Sorry but that’s how people get warned about bad service.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. We have no such claim on our website. In any case, you didn't win because this eBay seller blocked your bid.
Look at the Completed tab on your dashboard. Hover over the error icon. Also, click the "log" icon and it gives the error: "This item cannot be purchased since you have received 4 Unpaid Item strike(s) in the last 12 month(s)."
If you try to bid manually on any of these seller's items, you will get the same error.
