He is a referral, but cannot setup an account. Please help

He connected his eBay account but then was unable to login to Bidslammer

He cleared his cache. Used the link and was unable to login. It didn’t recognize his email address.
I also just tried using the link to log him in and it didn’t find his email.
I didn’t realize it’s so difficult to create a new account with you guys. What’s going on?

He's in there. He has to use the email he uses with eBay. I sent a password reset to him at his Gmail address.

I meant to say Hotmail address.

I added a free 3 month subscription to his account for the trouble.
It isn't normally like this. We rewrote darn near the whole software to allow for expansions and a mobile app. I hope he will be happy here.

No, I meant... There aren't any known issues. This was repaired 2 days ago, his account creation date is from 2 days ago.

Now I cannot login in since last night.

Issue is that I won something I wanted to change my bid on. I didn’t want to win. I also change my bids and have no access to do so.
Very frustrating.

I think your browser is caching the old Javascript. If you close and open the browser (or clear cache) it will work.
